Frequent questions
We are a platform that facilitates professional dry washing, by hand and at home. Our main objectives are to save time and 150 liters of water per wash.
It is a waterless wash with specialized and biodegradable products that ensure the best cleaning in each area of your vehicle. We use ultra-soft microfiber cloths, special for cleaning bodywork, and the best vacuum cleaner on the market with a lithium battery.
We do not move your vehicle. We carry everything you need to carry out the washing anywhere, in a covered parking space or on the street in front of your office.
We can collect and leave the keys at the reception of your work, gym, restaurant… or we can meet you at the vehicle. At all times you will know where the plazier is and the status of the wash via Whatsapp or SMS.
Each wash has a different time and price, which you can calculate here depending on the type of service: vehicle cleaning, home cleaning, boat cleaning
If an unforeseen event arises, don’t worry, you have up to 48 hours to cancel or modify the service. Just write to us by WhatsApp and we will postpone or cancel your appointment and refund your money in full.
We are human and sometimes we make mistakes, which is why we have a strict policy for these cases. If the service has not met your expectations, you just have to tell us and we will give you a solution. We can either review what was not done correctly by the plazier or refund your money.
