2. Purpose, legitimacy and period of data conservation

2.1. Purpose

The user is informed that the personal data and information provided to the companies responsible for the treatment will be processed in accordance with the following purposes depending on the way in which they have been provided:

Likewise, we inform you that, apart from the aforementioned periods, we will keep your data during the mandatory limitation periods in order to comply with our legal obligations, for the management of our rights (file or defend, where appropriate, a claim). , also applying the provisions of corporate regulations regarding filing periods and documentation retention.

3. Data recipients: assignees and data processors

We inform you that your data will not be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation, although they may be transferred to companies within the same business group as long as you have accepted the privacy policy of the website.

Additionally, we inform you that, in certain cases, we may communicate your data to other entities (including companies in the Plazy group) that provide us with services such as communication, marketing, digital media and social networks, which help us provide our services in a manner efficient and always under the protection of current regulations and, with whom, in their capacity as those responsible for processing the data owned by Plazy, and in accordance with the provisions of article 28 GDPR, a contract has been formalized that legitimizes access of said entities to personal data and that includes the obligations that must be contemplated in the processing.

4. Rights of the interested party

Finally, we inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether those responsible for the processing are processing personal data that concerns you, or not. Likewise, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, you: (i) may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims; (ii) for reasons related to your particular situation, you may oppose the processing of your data, in which case those responsible for the processing will stop processing them except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims; and, if you have provided your consent for a specific purpose, (iii) you may withdraw, where appropriate, your consent at any time, which will not affect the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Likewise, you will have the right to receive the personal data that concerns you that you have provided to those responsible for the treatment, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller without the controllers being able to prevent it. In this sense, you may request that those responsible for the treatment directly transmit, if technically possible, the personal data to the person responsible for the treatment that you indicate in your communication.

RGPD).

The content of the request must include: your name and surname; photocopy of your national identity document, passport or other valid document that identifies you and, if necessary, of the person representing you, as well as the document or electronic instrument accrediting such representation; detail of the request that is made; address for notification purposes; date and signature of the applicant; and documents supporting the request you make, if necessary.
